Massive Storm Hits Madison | Tree Crew to the Rescue

A powerful thunderstorm rolled through the Madison, Wisconsin area, leaving a trail of damaged and fallen trees. In this episode, we respond to multiple storm calls, including one of the biggest jobs of the cleanup—a massive maple tree that came crashing down onto two neighboring houses. To safely remove the tree without causing any additional damage, we bring in our 115-ton Grove crane to lift the heavy sections away piece by piece. Every lift requires careful planning and teamwork to protect both homes while getting the tree removed safely. Later in the video, our friend Damien makes the trip from Southern Oregon to spend a few days with us. He jumps right into the action as we remove a large limb that fell onto a garage roof after the storm. We also give Damien his first taste of Wisconsin mountain biking—definitely a different kind of adventure!
