3 Day Solo Bushcraft Hunting Trip with Minimal Food | Learning the Lay of the Land

I'm out for 3 days exploring a new land permission with minimal food to practice some bushcraft and learning the grounds layout. Being the end of winter, it is a notoriously difficult time to live off of the land. I'm armed with only a handful of snares and my BSA R10 air rifle with the intention of catching any meals if possible, which doesn't always go to plan when you're outdoors and learning the lay of this new land permission. On this trip I utilise a cotton & wool hammock from thornhill_ultraheavy, an ultralight 4x3 tarp from bushmen & Carinthia Defense 4 Sleeping bag as my sleep system & only used a basic bushcraft kit, some of which I could have left behind in hindsight.
