I moved my dev setup 100% remote (my agents ask permission now)

My Mac is old, the heatwave was killing her, and my office sounded like a runway. So I moved the whole dev setup — every agent, every repo, every terminal — onto a remote sandbox I can reach from my phone, my laptop, or the wife's iPad. In this one: • A locked-down Claude sandbox running on Coolify (walled garden — no SSH, no Docker sock) • A fleet of coding agents living in tmux, reachable from anywhere • Everything on a private Tailscale mesh — none of it on the public internet • The command broker: agents ASK, I approve, it runs. Human in the loop. Quick caveat: everything you're watching — the edit, the overlays, the sound, the mastering — was done by my AI editor. It's all open source: https://editor.stumason.dev Chapters: 0:00 100% local → 100% remote 0:18 The problem 0:39 The sandbox 1:43 The mesh 2:43 The broker 5:20 Outtakes Everything I build: https://stumason.dev The editor that cut this: https://editor.stumason.dev GitHub: https://github.com/StuMason #remotedev #aiagents #selfhosted #claude #coolify #tailscale
