May has arrived, summer is here! And the flame trees in Hai Phong, the city of Hai Phong, are in full bloom, their vibrant red blossoms dazzling and eye-catching. As usual, the annual flame tree festival is held in the area around the Grand Theater in the central flower garden of Hai Phong city. This year, it's also being held in the new political and administrative center in Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong. This year's festival lasts 5 days with many music and dance performances, all held in the evenings. I didn't have time to attend all 5 days, nor could I go to the most lively first day.
