The base is the same as the classic chocolate chip rolls, except in this recipe they're all left to rise and baked together in a ceramic baking dish, so they're softer and, above all, incredibly delicious! Ingredients for the dough: 500 g type 00 flour 10 g fresh brewer's yeast 330 ml milk 60 g sugar 200 g chocolate chips 10 g salt Milk for brushing For the filling: White chocolate cream For the garnish: Icing sugar Proofing: Dough left to rise until doubled in size. Let the balls rise for 45 minutes at room temperature. Baking: 240°C for 15 minutes.
