Portuguese Navy Honored at Internal Communication Awards of the Internal Communication Observatory (OCI) The project “I Joined the Family,” which marks the birth and arrival of new members to the Naval Family through the offering of baby items with nautical themes, was awarded an Honorable Mention today, November 13th, at the Internal Communication Observatory (OCI) Awards ceremony, which aims to recognize best practices in Internal Communication. The initiative of the Navy's Communication, Information and Public Relations Service, designed in 2023 and implemented in early 2024, was also nominated in the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) category alongside projects from L'Oreal Portugal, AGEAS Portugal Group, Novo Banco, and Doutor Finanças. #portuguesenavy #military
