Pati Regency is experiencing vacancies with 471 village officials. Initially, village heads in Pati Regency hoped to be able to fill village officials in 2023. The Acting Regent of Pati had previously stated that the village heads could fill their positions by the end of 2023. However, the Acting Regent pranked the village heads. The Acting Regent was reluctant to allocate funds for the village officials, instead challenging the Chairman of the Pati Regency Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD). The Regent told the village heads that the DPRD chairman had not budgeted for them. Ultimately, dozens of village heads held an audience at the Pati Regency DPRD building. The Regent avoided meeting with the village heads and DPRD members, as the Regent delegated the position to the Regional Secretary. The filling of the positions will take place in 2024 following budget revisions. The agreement emerged after the Nusantara Parade held an audience with the Pati Regency Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) and the Pati Regional Government (Pemda) in the DPRD Plenary Room.
