Como habilitar ou desabilitar um dispositivo em uma rede PROFINET no TIA Portal (sem parar a CPU)
Did you know that it's possible to enable or disable a PROFINET device directly via program, without needing to modify the hardware or re-download the project to the PLC? In this video, I show, step by step, how to perform this procedure using the system blocks available in TIA Portal (Step 7), allowing you to control the status of an IO-Device at runtime, without putting the CPU in STOP mode. This method is ideal for situations where a device on the network needs to be temporarily removed, avoiding alarms and error LEDs on the CPU, and allowing you to easily restore the original communication. Lesson content: Understanding the function of IO-Device control blocks in TIA Portal How to enable and disable PROFINET devices via code Practical demonstration without the need to download hardware Practical applications in network maintenance and testing Lesson motivation: This lesson arose from a student's question about how to temporarily disable a PROFINET device via program, without causing a CPU failure. If you work with industrial automation, PROFINET networks, and Siemens PLCs, this lesson will help you make your projects more flexible and professional. 🔔 Subscribe to the channel and activate notifications so you don't miss the next lessons on industrial networks, automation, and PLC programming! #TIAportal #Profinet #Siemens #IndustrialAutomation #PLC #IndustrialNetworks #Step7 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ✅ Did you like this video? ✍️ Leave your comment 📢 Share with friends 🎥 Subscribe to the Channel! 🌐 Follow my Blog 👉 https://www.icsolucoesemautomacao.com 🕵 Follow my social media ➽ 🌐 Linkedin 👉 / tecrmb 🌐 Instagram 👉@tecrmb 🌐 Twitter 👉@tecrmb 📬 Business contact: [email protected] ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 👑 Become a channel member and get exclusive benefits made for you by accessing the link below: 👉 / @icsolucoesemautomacao ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ✅ Learn about my training courses on industrial networks: 🦾 Links to the Platforms: Udemy: https://www.udemy.com/user/rodrigo-mo...
