Marzipantorte nach Lübecker Art/ einfach und lecker!
Hello everyone Today we're making something with marzipan, namely a "Lübeck Marzipan Cake." Enjoy! For a 26 cm springform pan, you'll need: 4 egg whites 4 egg yolks 50 g sugar 4 tbsp cold water 75 g flour 50 g cornstarch 2 tsp baking powder 50 g ground almonds or hazelnuts For the filling: 600 ml heavy cream 2 packets cream stiffener 50 g sugar 60 g ground almonds 200 g raspberry jam Decoration 300 ml heavy cream 1 packet cream stiffener 2 tbsp sugar 400 g marzipan paste 14 marzipan potatoes A little powdered sugar for rolling out the cake. Preheat oven to 175 °C (350 °F) top/bottom heat and bake for 35-40 minutes. Chill the cake for a good 30 minutes before eating.
