Unit 11 is the classification and integration of all the throwing methods of the previous ten units for your convenience. There are 169 techniques of all units including the rope-guided throwing. Unit 11 shows 133 formal throwing techniques, and the hand techniques used are different. The main techniques are 16 types throwing methods of liao jiao（as named as shuai jiao）, which commonly used in competitions. Other more delicate hooks or counterattacks and offense series will be described later.
