In this article, Giulia Lapertosa, co-founder and project leader of the training platform Carriere.it, offers a guide to the 10 things not to say to a working woman, drawing each from real-life incidents from her working life. These include physical compliments, pregnancy, moral judgments, and much more. Giulia Lapertosa is co-founder and project leader of Carriere.it, the training platform that aims to make high-quality video courses on the most in-demand skills in the workplace accessible. She was included by Forbes in the list of 100 under 30 leaders of the future. She was honored by the Chamber of Deputies as one of Italy's most deserving graduates and by Sapienza University as one of Sapienza's outstanding graduates. She coordinated the "Digital Marketing" and "Advertising and Integrated Communication Strategies" Chairs at Sapienza University and was an advisor in Strategic Communication.
