Here we have a patient. She has Retinitis Pigmentosa visually impaired. We have taken the next gen sequencing she and and her brother both have the disease. However with nextgene sequencing when there were two mutations Wagner's and ocm with optic atrophy part has completely gone and today she is practically normal because she can read the last but one line in one eye and four lines in the other eye which is a very very good factor. For Retinitis Pigmentosa which is visually impaired now what did we do there we did gene therapy. So we take one drop of the blood own fetal DNA fetal stem cells injections to the patient slowly slowly slowly we're able to remove certain amounts of mutation and improve the vision of that patient.
