Cafis Somalia: From Trauma Healing Towards Peace
Rowda Olad has studied in U.S. to become a psychologist in Somalia. She thinks that work in mental health sector should be developed in the Somalian society. Today she works in challenging environment, in the prison of Baydhao, where she meets youngsters including those who have joined terrorists groups. The video is part of Finnish Foreign Ministry’s project, which promotes peace, reconciliation, forgiveness and breaking the chain of revenge. The project will continue until 2023.
