Hard Truck: 18 Wheels of Steel is, as you might guess from the title, a simulation of driving a massive, eighteen-wheeled American truck. The player's task isn't overly complicated, though it's not easy – they take on the role of the truck's driver and must deliver a given cargo to its destination in perfect condition and within a reasonable time.
