Новейший ЖК "Событие" в Москве!
The "Sobytie" residential complex is a large-scale business-class project from the developer Donstroy in the Ramenki district of western Moscow. Its distinctive features include contemporary architecture designed by the British firms LDA Design and UHA London, extensive on-site infrastructure, a well-developed twenty-four-hectare landscaped park, and a wide selection of apartments with high ceilings and panoramic windows. The project has received awards for its architecture and spatial design. Each building has a unique appearance, but they are all united by a common, cutting-edge concept. Entrance areas are spacious, double-height lobbies (a double-height lobby is a two-story entrance hall, maximizing natural light and making the space appear more spacious and impressive. These lobbies are used in modern business centers, hotels, and residential complexes as entryways with comfortable areas for waiting, meetings, work, or relaxation. High ceilings and large windows provide abundant natural light and create a sense of spaciousness. These lobbies are more than just waiting areas, but a fully functional space with various functional areas, such as reception, lounge areas, coworking, a café, or a bar. Dynamic design is often used, combining various textures, lighting, and decorative elements to create a memorable first impression. In residential buildings, a double-height lobby serves as a transitional space between the street and apartments, creating a communal space for residents.) These lobbies are distinguished by their signature design and ceiling heights of up to 6 meters or more. The "Sobytie" residential complex boasts a well-developed internal infrastructure, including private children's playrooms, fitness centers, coworking spaces, a cinema, lounge areas, and beauty rooms. The project includes a large 24-hectare landscaped park, where half of the walking routes run along the river. There is also a boulevard, a public garden, sports and children's playgrounds, and recreation areas such as "Sobytienaya Ploshad" and "Fabrika Molodezhi." The complex also includes shops, cafes, restaurants, fitness centers, schools, and kindergartens. The gated community features 24-hour security and vehicle-free courtyards. Apartments offer a wide range of layouts, including those with elevated ceilings, spacious kitchen-living rooms, bathroom windows, terraces, bay windows, and panoramic glazing. Ceilings in most apartments are just over 3 meters high, while some reach 4.5 meters. The absence of load-bearing interior partitions allows for independent remodeling. The residential complex is located in the ecologically clean Ramenki district in western Moscow. Several metro stations are within walking distance, and a new station on the Big Circle Line is under construction nearby. The Setun Valley and Vorobyovy Gory nature reserves, as well as the Matveevsky Forest, are nearby. The "Sobytie" residential complex in Moscow is being constructed using "brick-monolithic" materials. This means that the building's frame is constructed of monolithic reinforced concrete, while the external and internal walls are made of brick or ceramic blocks. "Brick-monolithic" is a combination in which a monolithic reinforced concrete frame provides the building's strength, while brick is used to construct the walls and partitions. Materials from Belarus and China were used in the construction of this complex. SIBALUX STEEL composite materials (SIBALUX STEEL is a brand of fire-resistant composite panels consisting of two steel sheets with a mineral interlayer between them) in RAL 7016 and RAL 9003 were used for the finishing of the "Sobytie" residential complex. These materials were combined with other types of cladding to create a multi-tiered and multi-layered composition and rhythmic façade. The finishes are finished in universal colors: dark gray and signal white, which offset the other materials and create a discreet yet expressive look for the facades. As of October 2025, apartment prices in the Sobitie residential complex in Moscow vary: studios start at 21 million rubles, one-bedroom apartments start at 27 million rubles, two-bedroom apartments start at 37 million rubles, three-bedroom apartments start at 45 million rubles, and four-bedroom apartments and above start at 58 million rubles. Prices vary by area, location, and floor, as well as whether the apartment is purchased directly from the developer or on the resale market.
