Trying out Resident Evil (2002) and chatting (round 1)

Hello viewer, We have never been more back! Please join me in checking out Resident Evil (2002), the first (and perhaps most highly-regarded?) of the Resident Evil remakes. ...I'm not exactly beating the "only plays remakes" allegations, admittedly, but I've heard some very, very promising things about this one, and like- it's much older than the other ones! Regardless, I am very excited to be jumping in. Hoping this will be the first of many streams over the next few days, so buckle up. :)
