Wandering around looking for lunch, I stumbled upon Warung Sego Babat and Penyetan Airlangga Cak Bidin in the Karang Menjangan area, near the Airlangga University campus. Unfortunately, when I arrived around 11 a.m., the tripe was still at the boss's house, apparently freshly pressure-cooked. So, I ended up trying various side dishes like grilled mackerel, omelet, salted fish, fried eggplant, and tempeh. The taste was delicious, and the price was affordable.
