ALIEN ROMULUS 4K UHD REVIEW

4K UHD Blu-ray review of the 2024 movie 'Alien Romulus' directed by Fede Alvarez and produced by Ridley Scott. There is much to admire about this four sequel to the original 1979 film but it garnered mixed reactions during its theatrical run. I suspect there are a few elements within it's 1 hour and 59 minute running time that fans of the series will take some time to get used to because there were one or two things that I wasn't particularly enamoured with. However, having watched all the extra feature documentaries I think I have a better appreciation for Alien Romulus now and will enjoy it even more when I finally watch it for a second time. Image aspect ratio is approximately 2.40:1. Sound is Dolby Atmos on the 4K disc in the pack and DTS 7.1 on the Blu-ray.
