Stuffed Bell Peppers – Easy Vegan Recipe I grew up eating my mom's delicious, Bosnian stuffed bell peppers and to this day think she has the best recipe hands down! But, when I have those days where I prefer a plant based meal, I make these vegan stuffed peppers instead.
