The $85 Glarry Strat - is it any good?

Throw in a set of decent pickups, polish the frets and you'll have a great backup guitar! It also makes for a great beginner guitar straight out of the box. It's certainly possible to get good tones out it the way it is. The pickups are a bit noisy and aren't quite as good as on a Fender, but you can't even get a set of Fender pickups for $85!
