This healthy blueberry cheesecake is guaranteed to delight you – simply bake it and enjoy! 📝 Ingredients 👉 Oatmeal dough: Oat flakes – 100 g Banana – 1 piece Greek yogurt – 2 tbsp Almonds – 40 g Butter or coconut oil – 20 g Salt – a pinch Baking powder – 1 tsp Egg – 1 piece 👉 For the cheese filling: Ricotta – 300 g Honey – 1 tbsp Cornstarch – 2 tbsp desiccated coconut – 10 g 👉 For the blueberry filling: Frozen blueberries – 200 g Lemon juice – a little Cornstarch – 1 tbsp Stevia – to taste 👉 For the topping: Oat flakes – 40 g Walnuts – 40 g desiccated coconut – 10 g Butter or coconut oil – 20 g 🌟 Tips, variations & substitutes Sweetener → Instead of honey, you can also use agave syrup, maple syrup or stevia. Fat → Butter can easily be replaced by coconut oil. Nuts → Hazelnuts or walnuts can be used instead of almonds. Berries → Instead of blueberries you can use raspberries, strawberries or cherries.
