Toyota Fortuner and Ford Endeavour lost to Pajero Sport when the owner was in the market to buy a SUV. Toyota Fortuner Lost to Pajero Sport because of it had only 4 gears. Ford Endeavour lost out to Pajero Sport because of uncomfortable rear seat. Pajero Sport gives a city mileage of 8-9 kmpl and a highway mileage of 12-13 kmpl. However, at speeds of 60-70 kmph on highway the Pajero Sports gives a mileage of 20 kmpl. Pajero Sport service is scheduled at every 10 km or 1 year and it cost around Rs.10000-Rs15000 to service a Pajero Sport. Pajero Sport is a 7 seater SUV which can easily accommodate 4 decent bags with full complement of passenger. Pajero Sport gives massive 700 litres of boot space when 2nd and 3rd row seats are folded flat. The 4*4 drive of Pajero Sport from Mitsubishi comes is called Select Drive and it offers 4 drive modes, these are; 2WD, 4WDH, 4WDHL and 4WDL. On regular city road its best to drive in 2WD for better fuel efficiency. Pajero Sport is a great car to drive on Sand Dunes. Mitsubishi Pajero Sport has a high Ground Clearance of 225 m which makes it suitable for off-roading driving adventures. The owner believes that, Toyota Fortuner and Ford Endeavour has become so common in Indian market that no one notices them whereas Pajero Sport has pretty good road presence and it ensures the SUV big Respect when its driven around.
