THANK YOU Subscribe 👇    / lennyshomemadeslyv   Instagram: @lenny.maryanti LAPIS LEGIT RECIPE 30 EGG YOLK Recipe: Lenny's Homemade YouTube Ingredients: Ingredient A: 400g margarine/butter 100g sweetened condensed milk Ingredient B: 30 egg yolks 200g powdered sugar 2 1/2 tbsp flour (40g) Ingredient C: (optional, can be skipped) 200g dried prunes, halved and flattened Methods: Preheat oven to 180°C Prepare an 18x18/20x20 square pan, grease with margarine and line with baking paper Beat the margarine and sweetened condensed milk until fluffy, white, and soft. Set aside. Beat the egg yolks and powdered sugar until fluffy and thick, then add the flour and stir briefly until evenly combined. Mix the margarine into the egg yolk mixture and stir until thoroughly combined. Weigh out 60g of dough for each layer. Pour the dough into the pan and spread evenly. Bake until cooked through and the surface is golden brown. Bake the next layer over high heat at 150 degrees (my oven). Adjust according to your oven. Bake up to 3 layers, then top with prunes for the fourth layer. Repeat this process until the dough is used up. Once cooked, let the layer cake cool and remove from the pan.
