CCTV footage from May 21 captured a hooded gunman opening fire outside a seafood restaurant before fleeing the scene as terrified people ran away. Authorities identified 27-year-old Vaa Vaa as the suspected shooter and 23-year-old Tafia Steve as an accomplice. The suspects were detained near the Vietnam-Cambodia border less than 72 hours after the deadly attack. During police questioning, both men admitted involvement in the crime and expressed regret over their actions.
