Welcome to the Voice of America’s News Words. In the American state of Virginia, people recently rescued a newborn fox that had lost its mother. DISGUISE The baby fox, or kit, was found shortly after its birth. Workers at the Richmond Wildlife Center wore a disguise while feeding and caring for the kit. They say it will help its survival when released into the wild with other foxes. The noun disguise means a change in appearance so as to not be recognized.
