The visit begins at the main entrance before continuing directly into the adoption room, where cats available for adoption are housed. During this visit, most of the cats are resting inside their private hiding areas, while one cat is sleeping in the viewing enclosure. Brief moments are included as staff introduce two cats to visitors. The walk then returns through the outdoor entrance before finishing inside the reception and shop, showing the merchandise, visitor information displays and reception area.
