Join us on an epic winter fishing mission to D'Urville Island, where we battled big, fat kingfish in glassy calm conditions. These fish were in absolute peak condition—powerful, thick-bodied winter models that gave us all we could handle. We hooked into some serious bruisers, lost a few heartbreakers (including one that snapped a hook clean in half), but still managed to haul in plenty of prime kingfish and came home with a solid feed.
