Bahan: 1 jantung pisang 500 ml air 1 sdt garam (rendaman) Minyak goreng secukupnya 1 telur 1/4 - 1/3 sdt garam 1 sdt penyedap 100 gr tepung serbaguna Saus sambal / bubuk perasa Ingredients: 1 banana blossom 500 ml water 1 tsp salt (for soaking) Cooking oil 1 egg 1/4 - 1/3 tsp salt 1 tsp seasoning 100 g all-purpose flour Chili sauce / seasoning powder Cara: Olesi tangan dengan minyak. Kupas jantung pisang, ambil bunganya. Rendam dengan air garam 15 menit. Kocok telur dengan garam dan penyedap. Siapkan tepung di wadah terpisah. Celupkan ke telur lalu balur tepung. Ulangi sekali lagi agar lebih krispi. Goreng dengan api sedang hingga keemasan. Tiriskan dan sajikan. Instructions: Coat hands with oil. Peel blossom and take florets. Soak in salt water for 15 minutes. Beat egg with salt and seasoning. Prepare flour separately. Dip in egg then coat with flour. Repeat for extra crispiness. Fry on medium heat until golden. Drain and serve.
