Here is the third episode of "ON THE ROAD TO THE TALENT CENTER" to discover the different stages of the recruitment process for joining the Talent Center. This episode focuses on the final gathering, which took place at the CREPS (Regional Center for Sports and Physical Education) in Aix-en-Provence. The day began with a meeting room where the values, requirements, and objectives of the Talent Center were presented to the players. The second part of the day was dedicated to ball work. The players were assessed on their technical skills through various drills, including juggling. An initial evaluation of their aerobic capacity and their ability to sustain effort over a set period was also conducted. This data will serve as a baseline for individualized monitoring and to measure their progress over time. We hope you enjoy this episode!
