Traditionally Made Organic Oil 🪔 # Avocado 🥑 Oil By Sun-drying ☀️

Hello family. Today we are making organic oil using ripe avocado fruit. The fruit is peeled, mashed then sun-dried for a number of days depending with the sunlight ☀️ intensity. when the pellets are dry they release oil 🪔 naturally. The pellets are then squeezed through a Muslin cloth realising the oil. This oil is user friendly in terms of: cooking, applying on the body and also as hair food.
