A business focused on disability welfare While working there, I encountered many people struggling with the lack of facilities for people with disabilities. ▶Age 29: Hoping to solve this problem, in 2012 I rented an old house in Kusatsu, Nishi Ward, and started a day care service called "Funny." ▶Age 32: As the number of users increased, the old house became too small, so we relocated to a new building in Itsukaichi, Saeki Ward. ▶Age 34: In 2017, I finally opened my long-awaited residential service, "Group Home Hitoiki Toshimatsu," in Toshimatsu, Saeki Ward. ▶Since then, I've expanded my life-care and group home facilities, and currently operate three life-care centers, three group homes, and two short-stay centers (attached to group homes) in Saeki Ward, Hiroshima City. ▶With the management philosophy of "Creating a society where people with disabilities are thanked," I work hard every day with my staff to serve our users. ▼Request I'd like to know more about this content!
