Gardasee - Riva del Garda - mit dem Wohnmobil nach Italien - Radtour auf dem Sentiero Ponale

We're showing you our motorhome trip via Füssen and Merano to Lake Garda and Riva del Garda. There, we arrive at the lovely "Al Lago Camping" campsite and manage to get a great spot. We cycle from the campsite to Riva on a beautiful lakeside bike path and continue along a section of the new bike path. Unfortunately, the bike path to Limone isn't finished yet and ends after about 2 km. We don't recommend continuing by bike on the Gardesana road and turn back. Afterwards, we cycle along the Sentiero Ponale, an old connecting road between Riva and the Ledro Valley. The path runs directly along a rock face where rockfalls sometimes occur. For this reason, it's classified as an alpine hike for experienced hikers and must be approached with caution. The ride along what is considered the most beautiful bike path in the world on the northern shore of Lake Garda takes an hour and a half. Today, the path, for which a mountain bike or e-bike is recommended, is only accessible to cyclists and pedestrians and is one of the most popular destinations on Lake Garda. Enjoy the video!
