By 2050, there will be more than 9 billion people on earth and we will need 60% more food than we currently produce. An indescribable chimera that will not be solved with a Eureka-type discovery; rather, several pieces of the puzzle will be needed to achieve this common goal. Everything we cannot see with the naked eye is microbiological; 99% of our planet's biodiversity is microbiological.
