Day 2 of our Tohoku Aomori trip: Hachinohe! Hoshino Resorts Aomoriya offers a wealth of Aomori experiences and gourmet delights all in one place. The shop boasts a selection of souvenirs from all over Aomori, and there's a beautiful tunnel of goldfish-shaped Nebuta floats. Apple juice even flows from the taps! The festive atmosphere of the plaza and the overall hospitality throughout the resort were quintessential Hoshino Resorts experience. We also visited the Kabushima Shrine, a power spot, and coincided with the black-tailed gull breeding season, allowing us to see an incredible number of gulls and their chicks.
