Welcome to my channel! Today's section: by request! I recently taught a series of lessons on sewing a sporty-chic suit in coffee-au-lait jersey. I received many requests to show how to model a black suit with stripes. The suit was made two years ago, but the jersey is in very good condition; it's a viscose/polyester/elastane blend. 2.5 meters used. We'll be modeling it from a basic base with 3 cm of ease on the hem. See the video for details. The finishing is simple: all seams are overlocked and topstitched. The facing, facings, and pocket pockets are also topstitched. The crease on the trousers is reinforced with a rib knit. The trousers are made from a basic base, without modeling or ease allowance.
