Shinjo no Nunchaku

Ms. Lara Chamberlain demonstrates one of the core Shorin-ryu kobudo kata with the Nunchaku, as she learned from Shinjo Sensei. She provides slow and regular version along with some key discussion points. Ms. Chamberlain started practicing Matsubayashi-ryu karate in 1985.  In 2019, she became the founder of Tiida-ryū (Tenyō-ryū).  She was a dedicated student of Shoshin Nagamine, Takayoshi Nagamine, and Yasuharu Makishi.  All of her videos are an effort to share all of the teachings she has received over the years.   Visit her website at www.sczenkarate.org to see more about Tiida-ryū.
