Lokhandwala Complex is a residential and commercial neighborhood located in the Andheri West area of Mumbai, India. The complex was developed by the Lokhandwala Construction Company in the 1980s and became one of the first planned residential developments in the city. It was designed as a self-contained community, with various amenities such as supermarkets, schools, parks and a hospital. The complex gained fame in the 1990s as it was a residence of many prominent film stars and business personalities. The area was also known for its nightlife and entertainment options. The complex also saw a lot of real estate prices increase dramatically in the late 2000s, due to its proximity to the financial district of Bandra-Kurla Complex and Andheri-Kurla Road.
