Episode 82 Namaste, We are Shirish and Pooja and Welcome to a Traditional Malvani Clams Thali (मालवणी तिसरे/शिंपले थाळी) Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬ I had gone to railway station to pick up Pavan ( Pooja's Brother ) and Pooja had gone to get some fish from the dock. She brought clams ( तिसरे/शिंपले ) from the sea dock. She returned home and started cleaning the clams, Meanwhile me and Pavan also returned home. Pooja welcomed her brother and gave him some fresh Papaya to eat. Then she started preparing the Malvani Clams thali ( मालवणी तिसरे/शिंपले थाळी ) which consist of Clams masala ( तिसरे/शिंपले सुक्का ) , Clams Curry ( तिसर्याचे कालवण ) , Bhakari, Rice etc. Clams masala consist of nothing but onion, tomato and spices base in which the clams are added and cooked well. It is eaten as it is or with bhakari/chapati. Clams curry consist of coconut paste base which is stirred in spices and then the clams are added and cooked together. All these dishes are combined together to get Malvani Clams Thali. All of us enjoyed the lunch together. Let us know how do you liked this episode..!
