Twist mekaniği, core kuvveti ve bedenin kol dengesindeyken ağırlığını nasıl organize edip taşıdığı adım adım ele alınır. Pratik boyunca derin ve kontrollü twist’lerle yan karın kasları ve derin merkez kasları aktive edilir. Bu çalışmalar, Parsva Bakasana’ya güvenli ve bilinçli geçişi destekleyen hazırlayıcı akışlarla birlikte ilerler. 🔸In this class focused on Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow), you will practice the coordination between spinal rotation and arm balance. Twisting mechanics, core strength, and how the body organizes and supports its weight while balancing on the arms are explored step by step.
