Beginner Workout - 15 minutes

16 minute beginner workout where we work the legs standing up, the core down on the floor and finish back with the legs again. It's a low impact workout that hopefully will find that sweet spot of being achievable, not intimidating but still get you a great workout at the same time. Let me know how you get on!
