I spent a month on retreat in India, at a place called EKAM. This is the story of an experience that divided my life into before and after. I had everything I'd ever dreamed of: a family, money, a growing business, a house with an ocean view in Portugal. But at some point, I felt like this still wasn't enough to make me completely happy. Then a series of events unfolded from which I saw no way out: from a conflict with a business partner to relationship difficulties with my wife and children. I started searching for answers, and someone recommended me to go to India, to EKAM. People from all over the world come there, even the most successful and influential—Olympic champions, billionaires, business coaches, writers. I went there for a month without any expectations. And I certainly didn't think this experience would make me look at my life differently.
