Hello dear people, I intuitively made this video. It's intended to soothe people who are dealing with intense painful emotions and feelings. I was focusing my intention on reaching out to people who could need support and understanding during an overwhelming experience in their inner world. People who are going through intense emotional pain can benefit from being told that it's okay to feel what they are feeling. To let them know that they can allow themselves to feel it instead to try to resist it and label it as something that is wrong to feel. This way they allow the pain to release and heal.
