Koby Gets INSANE Buffs in EB04/OP15 ft @John-Piece

Thanks to ‪@John-Piece‬ for testing Koby today! Was a ton of fun seeing that he can at least hang into imu ace and Mihawk. More games needed to see just how good/bad those matchups are but the new 6c Koby (and the eb03 cards) seem very promising. We only realised afterwards that Ace won't have access to the red whitebeard by the time these cards are legal (post rotation), so apologies for that. It likely gets replaced by 7c Zoro who is similar.
