Aura Cleanse | Empath Deep Aura Cleanse | Rattle Session | Reiki ASMR 💜

Tonight’s session has a theme of an energy cleanse for empaths. So often, empaths like myself have a tendency to absorb the energy of those around us. This can leave us feeling imposed upon, disempowered, and later will feel like we are getting sick. I work to do a deep aura cleanse via a rattle session with several different Reiki rattles.
