La historia Secreta de Castilla-La Mancha. Juanelo Turriano en Toledo
A report about the mathematician Juanelo Turriano, who lived in Toledo in the 16th century. Philip II appointed him chief mathematician in 1565. He was hired by the Toledo city council to design a mechanism for transporting water from the river to the Alcázar. Juanelo assisted Pope Gregory XIII in reforming the calendar. He also built robots in the 16th century. Aired on February 14, 2014, on Castilla-La Mancha Television.
