The Human Flag is a relatively complex movement and we found it difficult ourselves to get started with it, let alone learn the whole thing in one go when we started our calisthenics journey 4.5 years ago with no prior calisthenics or gymnastic experience at all. From our training experience and knowledge as strength and conditioning coaches, we've broken this complex movement down into simple components to help you build up progressively towards redefining your impossible.
