What I Found In My Secret Storage Room

I locked down a conference room, tore off the security panel so that I was the only one with access. What I locked inside hasn't been touched in a long time. Here's what I turned up: -1959 Fleer Ted Williams Unopened Packs: Original wax packs with the gum still inside. I forgot I owned these, they're worth multiples of what I paid. -Pete Rose Game-Used Hat: From his 4,000th career hit with the Montreal Expos, paired with game-used pants from the same era. -Barry Bonds 2006 Game-Used Gear: Jersey, undershirt, and sweatpants from one of the most controversial seasons in baseball history. -1965 Joe Namath Rookie Box: The tall boy. Empty, but the box alone is a serious keeper. -Leroy Neiman Serigraphs: Original signed pieces featuring DiMaggio, Mantle, Cal Ripken Jr., and Jackie Robinson signing his 1947 contract with Branch Rickey. -Legend MLB MVP Signed Baseballs: Reggie Jackson (3x World Series MVP), Nolan Ryan, Johnny Bench, George Brett, and more. -1979-80 OPC Hockey Set: Includes Wayne Gretzky's second-year card. -Basketball Hall of Fame Commemorative Coins: PR70 from the US Mint. Near perfect grade. Like for part two. There's more in these boxes. What's the most valuable thing you've ever found forgotten in storage?
