Join me on an unexpected journey just outside of Udon Thani! After a quick stop for some delicious durian ice cream, my friend Phil tells me about a unique farm run by an English family. We head out into the "Udon Thani wilderness" to discover Udon Organic Farm, a place where sustainable living and family values are at the heart of everything. I get to meet the owners, Nick and Tick, and their children, Steve and Jennifer, and am immediately welcomed like family. I get an exclusive tour of their amazing property and learn about their regenerative farming practices, from their homemade compost to their no-till rice paddies. The family even invites me to stay for a fantastic lunch made with ingredients grown right there on the farm.
