Cracker Toffee Candy - Twelve Days of Christmas Goodies and Treats - Day #3 - Easy & Quick

Cracker Toffee Candy 1 sleeve Graham Crackers 1 cup (2 sticks) butter 3 Tablespoons water 1 cup sugar 4 Hershey bars Line a 9” x 13” baking dish with aluminum foil. Lightly spray the foil with nonstick spray. Place a single layer of Graham Crackers in the sprayed dish. Set pan aside. In a large, heavy bottomed saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the water and sugar. Turn heat up to medium and bring mixture to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil on medium for approximately seven minutes or until the mixture becomes the color of an old copper penny. Remove from the heat and immediately pour the mixture over your graham crackers. Top the hot toffee mixture with the Hershey bars, cover with a lid, and wait 1 to 2 minutes before gently spreading the melted chocolate over the toffee.
