Pescadero || A Fall Ramble Ride on the Peninsula
Today we take a detour and head South to a charming coastal village near Half Moon Bay called Pescadero. A town with a population of around 700 residents swells on the weekends attracting surf riders, cyclists, and motor car enthusiasts alike. The town itself has a cafe, a few restaurants, and several gift shops. The area is most noted for its farming and agriculture, as well as a laid back seaside lifestyle, and redwood forests. Pescadero is also home to one of Northern California's premier bicycle road races, namely the Pescadero Coastal Classic, a very challenging and hilly course. Today we're just going to ride and check out the coffee scene, local bike culture, and see any adventures we can find.
